Cognitive Fitness Program

Northwestern University’s six-week Cognitive Fitness Program is designed for adults seeking to learn more about cognitive functions as we age. The program teaches participants about various compensatory strategies for memory, language, and other cognitive functions.

Held on the university’s Evanston campus, sessions are directed by clinical faculty members who are speech-language pathologists experienced with the complex connections between the adult brain and memory, language ability and other cognitive functions.

Offered three times during the year, each session is limited to 10 members to ensure personalized attention in a comfortable group setting.
